"It is well situated near great restaurants and Tijuana's most famous market. They were incredibly nice with my pet. The lobby has a great atmosphere during the evenings and relaxed mood in the mornings."

"The resort was very nice, great picture spots, the restaurant staff was very nice. The kids enjoyed the playground and the pool. There is a lot of places to visit close by. My only complaint is that is very difficult to walk around with our elderly grandparents because there are so many steps. Additionally, the unevenness of the steps made it difficult to walk up them causing my children to fall. Lastly, the steps in the suite are so small that I slipped and fell down the stairs and hurt...

"Parking is included in reservation. The hotel’s parking is underground, plenty of spaces along with security watching all cars. The staff were all friendly, even to me, an English speaker. I felt welcomed and every question I had, they were able to answer. Many dining options nearby and within a comfortable walking distance. The room I stayed in was nice and organized. Also many other stores, facilities, and other amenities nearby. I did not use the pool but the patio on the second floor was...
