"First time there received the room upgrade fully complimentary but I arrived early. This time around I did arrive really late so the free upgrade want available due to the hotel being booked but none the less they were apologetic (even tho they didn’t need to be) made sure I was happy with my room. ( of course I was it was mid night and they still had my room ready) over great experience. The front desk guy deserves a raise! Super awesome dude"
