Hand-crafted by the owner and his children, this beautiful home sits directly alongside a series of waterfalls, offering two wrap-around decks and a firepit with incredible views of the river and falls. Back inside, you'll enjoy the comforts of two fireplaces and a Ping-Pong table for hours of family fun!

This home is tucked away in the woods three miles south of the town of Tiger, where it backs up to the river and offers views of the water from each level of the house. You can walk down to the river's edge to fish or swim in the deeper pools below the falls, or drive six miles south to Tallulah Gorge State Park and explore 2,689 acres of wilderness. Black Rock Mountain State Park is only 10 miles north, and a wealth of local wineries are a short and scenic drive away.

Mountain getaway

This place was awesome! Backs up right to Tiger creek with some beautiful waterfalls, right in the back yard! Highly recommend for a fishing or hiking getaway in the mountains and creeks of North Georgia!

Beautiful Place

My family I stayed here for my nephews wedding and it was wonderful! the stream running along side the house was so calming. So many places to enter and exit. I hope to stay again when it is not raining.

Waterfall and rushing creek in back yard is an amazing site and sound. Nothing like a fire in the fireplace and the sound of the rushing creek and waterfall. Everything was as listed and shopping was close bye to get anything you may have forgot to bring. Will come back in the spring.

Wonderful!

What a great place to get away! We had 3 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space to not be on top of one another. The house is in the perfect location, close enough to great trails, shops, and food! We enjoyed the fire pit by the creek in the evening and listening to the waterfall. Also, our first time booking through VACASA. They were easy to contact for any concerns we had during our stay. We would highly recommend this place and using VACASA.

Beautiful large house right on the water

This house beat all of our expectations! Perfect house to bring our dog to also. Huge back deck with gate to keep kids and pets contained!. So many doors and balconies to overlook the waterfall. We slept with the doors open to hear the white noise of the falls all night. Tucked in the woods, but right in the middle of where we wanted to be for all the hiking we had planned. Great place to disconnect from the world and have a smore don't by the creek. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful Setting

Home is very spacious, but needs a little attention. Carpet downstairs had a small area that was torn. We were expecting more people to join us but it ended up being just my daughter and I, and this home is huge for just 2 people. The tv in the living room had 4 remotes that we could never figure out how to make the TV play. However, the scenery more than made up for these small things! We would definitely book again! Thank you for having us!

Leaking Basement

This is the second time we’ve rented the property and it will be the last.The location and views are great but the house is in bad shape.When we arrived at the property on Thursday there was a maintenance technician there. He left rather quickly when we arrived. When we went into the lower living area we found the carpet was wet in the bedroom and a big puddle of water in the living area. I called the number to report the issue and was assured someone would come out. They didn’t. I was texting with the rental company and called again and was told no one was available to look into the leak. I later figured out that there must have been a broken sewer line that was leaking into that room. We closed it off and was not able to use part of the house. One of the worst rental experience we have ever had. I hope someone actually reads this and reaches out.

Loved the property and location. There was a water problem on lower level and thought it was a plumbing problem. The tv area could not be used because the rug was wet. There was mold in shower of master bedroom. Would be nice to have a single cup coffee maker. Cleaners should ck under sofa cushions downstairs. Enjoyed our family time at property. Thanks

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room, especially bathrooms. We enjoyed the waterfall and fire pit. The kids had a ball with the toys while the adults played pool and ping-pong. Great place close to Clayton and to local waterfalls.

Great time at Arrowhead Falls

Wonderful location, right on a rushing creek, complete with waterfalls. Close to state parks, wineries, and great shopping and restaurants in Clayton. Lots of space to spread out, even though there were only two of us. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and great shower. We spent most of our time on the deck, listening to the creek and enjoying the privacy.

That backyard view is worth every penny

The home is very spacious and you cannot beat the backyard view. If you are sleeping on the top floor, the sound of the creek at night will give you the best sleep ever. good value for money and a great location. A bit of road noise if you are on the main floor bedroom but not the end of the world. It’s a bit dated but a good spot to stay.

Great views

The view of the water and falls were amazing. The house was nice, but needed some cleaning. We found items under beds, cobwebs in the kitchen bar area, the laundry room needed some cleaning and the fire pit next to the water was full of bottles and cans. For the price of the cleaning fee, it definitely needed more cleaning. The wifi is also not meant for large groups. My husband and I both needed to work and could not stay connected. But overall the place is nice, really enjoyed the game room and sounds of the rushing waters.

Vacasa is not the way to go!!

This is a cozy home with a absolutely beautiful creek. It has enough room for a large group! The couch is SUPER comfy. The decor is outdated, and the Kureg coffee pot doesn't work right, but overall, great property!!
