Auckland (AKL) to Hanoi (HAN)
9.4/10 Exceptional! (4,554 reviews)
To get on the elevator you have to go up from the ground 2 flights of stairs, and if you are on the 7th floor you have to also walk up another flight. But the staff is really good about carrying your bags. The seventh floor is constructed differently,. And in fact we could see outside through a crack wall. The walls are windows and it is very hot in Hanoi. I would recommend not getting a room on the seventh floor.
The room has a list of items in the room and a cost of you break it .

"A great place to stay, especially if you are not well versed in the Vietnamese language. The staff - even down to the house cleaners and maintenance people - greet you and are friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at, and I am returning for two nights a week later."
