"Everything was great "

"I love quiet and quaint place. The have always been able to accommodate my super late arrivals. And rooms are clean and appropriately sized for handicapped person. Parking is always convenient and staff and Continental breakfast was on point !"

"The room reeked of cigarette smoke, mold and gas from the neighboring gasfield extraction. There were bare wires where the smoke detector should have been. The shower and toilet both had slow running drains. The bathroom door lacked a latch. My wife and I were awoken by a leak in the ceiling early in the morning. We guessed it was the room upstairs shower leaking through and onto the nightstand. We also think the hotel has some long-term tennants that kind of roamed around the property. Nothing bad happened, but it was very strange and a little sketchy. As mentioned above, the hotel sits next to a small gas field with well pumps running 24/7. This leads to a constant and present smell of gas. All in all: if you can - stay somewhere else. This place is not a good option."

"This cottage is nicely situated for easy access to the Allegheny National Forest while offering all the amenities of home. I intend to stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

"Wow. What a spectacular place to stay! My husband and I were instantly transported to a place of peace and calm. We spent a good portion of our stay out on the deck, listening to the sound of the water rushing by in the creek which was right beside the house. The house itself was pristine. We were able to make our dinner in the small kitchen area and enjoyed grilled steaks out on the gas grill. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive when we experienced some issues before our stay (issues on our end, not the host's end.) The property is about a 15 minute drive from Cook Forest, so we enjoyed a day of hiking before coming to the treehouse. I literally did not want to leave the property. It was so beautiful, so magical, so calming. We plan on staying here again. It was lovely in every way."
