"Upon arrival at Aboat Time we were nervous about what we saw. The front screened in area had some torn screens, the flooring had some missing areas between slats, and several areas needed an update. However it was very clean. Despite our first impression, this rental was exactly what we needed! The breeze blew through the underneath of the house making it a perfect reprieve from the afternoon sun. The shallow pool (3-3&1/2 ft) was perfect for the kids in our group to play (1 & 1/2, 5, and 11 years old) and the adults to dip. The floating dock was perfect to be able to take the boat for the day to the point or go out fishing as desired on the boat or from the dock. The beach was a quick walk straight down the road and the access was near only houses so the beach seemed less crowded in that area. There was plenty of parking for our group and the golf cart we rented, as well as parking the small boat trailer. Mattresses were very comfy and communication was fantastic. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate renting again!"

"Excellent location for a large group or family reunion. Plenty space with 20 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a large kitchen/dinning area with long custom tables with seating fo 50 people. There are a ariety of sleeping room configurations from single queen beds, single king beds to rooms with double size bunkbeds and king or queen beds. A pooltable and foosball game are in the game room and there is a home theater that easily seated our group of 24 afults and 4 small children. We had a minor issue with the hot tub not heating one evening that was addressed within an hour of our contacting the property manager and a few issues with things like a faulty instant waterheater, a refrigerator that didn't cool properly and a clothes dryer that didn't work properly that were not addressed during our stay but did not detract from our stay, because of redundant appliances (3 instant waterheaters, 3 washer/dryer combinations, 3 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers) There were ample dushes, bowls, pots & pans, cookie sheets, etc. Starter supplies of dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap, paper towels, liquid hand soap, etc. Would have been nice to have bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, but we also recognize personal preferences for those items. Towels, bedding, etc. were if good quality. Overall, we were very satisfied with this location and it's proximity to the beach. Yhe community offers concvenient beach chair & beach umbrella rentals."
