"Remote yet close enough to downtown Traverse City and Grand Traverse Resort. Local waterfront park down the street. Have to check out a Pit Spitters game. Quiet setting. Very comfortable setup with small family room at entry and sitting are off kitchen. Host was excellent to work with. We'd book again."

"We spent a week here with 3 families - 6 adults and 5 children under 9. The kids loved the beach area - and we spent the majority of our time in the basement kitchen / game room area. The families with the kids used the two upstairs living areas, grandma & grandpa slept downstairs The house was fully stocked with paper products, washing machine supplies, body soap in the bathrooms. Outside Coke cooler was a nice surprise for all the extra beverages. Plenty of room downstairs for all the games, crafts, karaoke, puzzles, pool games, foosball…we would definitely consider renting here again !!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lake house was very adequate for our family of 4, with everything we needed available for our 1 week stay. The lake is lovely and the location is convenient for visits to Traverse City as well as local attractions and other lakes in the area. We would stay there again!"

"This property was the perfect location! It was quiet and just a few min it’s away from Traverse City if you want to go into town. We were able to travel to Sleeping Bear and Leland, wineries on Old Mission Peninsula, and drive around Torch Lake…all short drives from this cozy house. Communication was great and check-in was super easy. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Beautiful house on a great piece of property. Very close to the sandbar, where we went to swim and hang out everyday. Getting to use the pontoon is the cherry on top. Family had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back."

"The view is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the patio and dock thoroughly. We had a little issue no one’s fault the well seized and we were without water for about 12 hour while being taken care. Sally the host bent over backwards in every way to accommodate us. She’s amazing and handled the situation exactly how it should have been.. we also had the best pizza ever at the little place up the road! Many thanks for a wonderful stay."
