Terrible hotel, it was showing pet friendly and up on our arrival at 23;00 tiered they told us we can’t have pets ! This is unacceptable Plus they reception guys do not speak English and do not show any solutions to the issue

A pleasent trip.
Very friendly place to stay. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent. Parking was a bit tight. Shower in room didnt get above a mild warm. Very nicely located. Easy to get to the beach and center of Pipa.

The property was excellent. However, I booked a room with two beds on Expedia but when I checked in the hotel said they did not have rooms with two beds. They offered to put a single in the room but we declined as there wasn't enough room to comfortably fit another bed.

This is the second time I have stayed at pipa Park and there is a good reason I went back. It's because it is like a paradise I have never been anywhere like this even where you parked the car is not just gravel or pavement or concrete it's actually tight grass. It was my friends bday and o asked for a special BRAZILIAN cake and flowers in his room. Flor (Florencia) was super fast in responding and arranged everything beautifully- even the bed was decorated with flowers a happy bday sign!! Thank you again Flor - you rock! Looking forward to returning.
