Welcome to enjoy a spectacular Brazilian dream villa built and designed using natural materials and carefully selected local designs. The house is located in a quiet and residential area overlooking the green and lush Atlantic mata and with a beautiful ocean view. Located just 2 km from the very center of charming Pipa; 900 metres to the minibuses that traffic all the beaches of the region; 500 meters walk on a path through the beautiful mata to the virgin Praia das Minas and with very few visible neighbors, this house offers the perfect combination of relaxation and the possibility to enjoy Pipa's abundant variety of adventure sports, fantastic beaches, gourmet restaurants and vivid night life. The house also posesses a fantastic garden designed and composed by one of the region's most accomplished landscape architects. A variety of fruit trees, flowers and tropical trees make a unique framing for the house and makes an excellent place to see hummingbirds, lizards and monkeys.

Casa Maravilhosa!
Fiquei impressionada com toda atenção do proprietário desde o primeiro e-mail, além do corretor super ágil na nossa chegada e de um caseiro super educado. A casa é surpreendentemente mágica , assim como aparece nas fotos, sendo ainda maior. Tem quatro lajes e você mau sente falta do ar condicionado. Infelizmente tivemos um problema com a geladeira, mas que o caseiro se propôs a resolver. No mais, vale muito a pena. É um pouco distante do centro e da praia, é preciso se locomover de carro, mas quem busca lazer e tranquilidade, e quer ficar curtindo a casa.

Excelente estadia! Casa maravilhosa!
Aluguei a casa para o feriado da Semana Santa (17 a 21/04/2014) com uns amigos e gostamos muitos! A casa é muito aconchegante, limpa, bem cuidada. É localizada num lugar tranquilo, um pouco mais afastada da agitação (próxima à Pousada Império do Sol), mas perto da boate Calangos e da rua principal (Av. Baia dos Golfinhos), tem vizinhança tranquila, sem barulho, só escutávamos o barulho do mar e dos passarinhos.
Recomendo e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!
Só faço uma observação para aqueles que sentem muito calor: levem ventiladores. Cada quarto possui ventilador de teto, mas às vezes não é suficiente e faz um pouco de calor. Nas áreas comuns da casa (sala, varanda, cozinha) é bem ventilado, tem uma brisa gostosa. Com certeza é uma das melhores opções para ficar em Pipa! Adoramos!

Alquilé la casa para las vacaciones de Semana Santa (17 al 04/21/2014) con unos amigos y disfrutamos muchíssimo! La casa es muy acogedora, limpia y bien cuidada. Se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo, un poco más lejos del bullicio de las calles (cerca del Pousada Império do Sol), pero cerca de la discoteca Calangos y la calle principal (Av. Baia dos Golfinhos), tiene un barrio tranquilo, sin problemas, sólo se escucha el ruido de mar y los pájaros.
Lo recomiendo y sin duda volveremos más veces!
Hago una nota para aquellos que se sienten demasiado calor: llevar a los ventiladores. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo, pero a veces no es suficiente y hace un poco de calor. Las áreas comunes de la casa (sala de estar, varanda/balcón, cocina) está bien ventilado, tiene una maravillosa brisa. Sin duda, es una de las mejores opciones para alojarse en Pipa! Nos encantó!

Excelente Casa
Alugamos a casa (total de oito pessoas) para o reveillón 2012/2013. A casa é extremamente confortável, limpa, muito bem cuidada e encontra-se numa distância ideal do centro da cidade de Pipa, não ficando imersa na parte mais agitada, mas próxima a apenas 5 minutos de carro. Pipa possui praias maravilhosas e uma excelente vida noturna. Vale a pena conhecer.

Una casa con encanto en un lugar con encanto
Desde que me fui solo pienso en volver. La casa es una maravilla. No tiene ningún lujo pero es un lujo en si. Las fotos no engañan. Tranquilidad total. Playa y pueblo a 10 minutos a pie. Aconsejo alquilar coche( en "sol natal" en natal lo mejor que encontré ) para recorrer las playas y lagunas de los alrededores. Las personas de contacto ( Gabriel, Pedro y Werley ) muy amables y atentos en todo. Les mando un saludo desde aquí. En fin recomendable 100 %

Rodeados del encanto de PIPA!

Queria dejarle unas lineas para que sepa que realmente disfrutamos mucho los dias en Pipa, en su hermosa casa.
Los colores, las comodidades, los ambientes esta todo hecho con gusto y dedicacion, le agradecemos mucho por todos los servicios. Ademas de todo, Werle nos preparo una grandiosa moqueka!...Me permito solamente manifestarle que un microondas puede hacer aun mas placentera la estadia!...Muchas Gracias y sin duda volveremos a su casa en caso de volver a PIPA
