If you're after a central location, look no further. Villa Susie is a delightful 4 bedroom property located just a 10 minute walk from the sandy Playa Grande Beach and main Strip of Puerto del Carmen. Here you'll find a good number of shops, bars and restaurants. The charming old town and harbour are around 20 minutes' walk away. The villa has a private swimming pool, alfresco dining area and pleasant interiors. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, a heated pool and WiFi are included.
Villa Susie is in a fantastic central location in Puerto del Carmen. This semi-detached house is only a 10 minute walk from the main Strip with its bars, restaurants and nightlife. The walk back to the villa is on a short uphill slope. The sandy beach of Playa Grande is located parallel to the main Strip and has many water sports available.
