A quick 10 minute walk from shops and eateries, as well as the beautiful beach of Matagorda, Villa Olivina 2 has an excellent location in Puerto del Carmen. This inviting 3 bedroom villa has lovely interiors and a delightful outside area with a private pool. The centre of the lively resort and its beautiful Playa Grande Beach are only 10 minutes' drive away. Air conditioning/heating in the lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.
Villa Olivina 2 is in a great central location in Matagorda. It is within walking distance from the promenade and Matagorda Beach as well as shops, bars and restaurants. The larger resort of Puerto del Carmen is about a 10 minute drive away and offers a good selection of shops and eateries, some overlooking the sea. You can also visit chic Puerto Calero Marina with its designers' shops, around 15 minutes' drive away. Our Villa Olivina 1 is next door.
