In the Municipaly of Tías, the holiday home Ladera de Conil offers an excellent view of the Atlantic. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a pool (heated all months except in July, August and September), garden, 2 open terraces, 2 covered terraces, 3 balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Perfect for enjoying the outdoors and making the most of your stay.

The property is situated in a luxury residential area in Lanzarote. The village of Conil is a very quiet place that offers privacy and security during your stay. The wineries of La Geria, Rubicón, Stratvs, and El Grifo, as well as other local destinations, are reachable by car within 10 minutes, and public transport links are within walking distance. It is also recommended to visit Puerto Calero, which has several restaurants and great walking routes, and Puerto del Carmen, which features venues like Vino+ and high-quality local Parmesan cheese.

Pros: Whilst we were few and hence the space was more than ample for us, the house fully met our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside area was well furnished, comfortable and very pleasant. The master bedroom is great. The kitchen had all utensils necessary which was a further positive. The owner was very accommodating and attentative. Whilst some may consider it minor, the fact that much more than some very basic supplies were on site, in my view that speaks highly of the attitude and commitment of the owner to ensuring his guests enjoy their stay. I can fully recommend Pio as a host and his property for those looking for a wonderful property in a quiet location from which to use as a base to explore the lovely island of Lanzarote. A car is really a necessity, however ample private and good parking is also on site. Cons: Nothing in reality. Purely to say something, I would advise that there are quite a few level changes aside from the stairs to upstairs so a little caution required for any seniors with any mobility restrictions.
