Flirtatious holiday home located in a quiet complex in Puerto del Carmen, close to the main avenue and all services. Communal swimming pool, fibre WiFi, spacious terrace with view and chill out area: ideal for couples!



This holiday home is perfect for those looking for a strategic base to visit the island of Lanzarote and, at the same time, enjoy a relaxing holiday by the pool.



Casa Sea Waves is located very close to the centre of Puerto del Carmen, the most well-known town on the island. From here you can easily reach all the main tourist centres of Lanzarote, as the town is located in the centre of the island. In addition, the Avenue of the Beaches - with its restaurants, shops and bars - is just a 10-minute walk from the property, as well as Playa Grande, the main beach of Puerto del Carmen.



The house is located on the first floor of the complex (accessible by stairs) and has a spacious and beautiful terrace equipped with a dining table, chairs and an umbrella, with views of the pool and chill out area. The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined if necessary, as well as a ceiling fan to cool down during hot summer days. Sheets and towels are provided (1 large and 1 small per person). Bathroom with shower.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, water boiler and kitchen utensils. The community swimming pool is available to guests, as well as sun loungers.



Sea Waves is located in a strategic position in Puerto del Carmen: from here you will arrive in a short time to beaches, restaurants, shops and bars, without the need to rent a car or other means of transport. The nearest supermarket is just 50m away and you can easily park on the same street of the complex.



The changing of sheets and towels has an extra cost.

Bolt hole for a wee break

Nice clean apartment centrally located close to beach and strip.check in process was so easier and will definitely be back again
