This exquisite property boasts high-quality accommodations perfect for families and groups. The villa is accessible via a secluded driveway, flanked by a lava rock garden on one side and a lush mature garden on the other.



The villa features a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, and a dining table with seating for four. A separate utility room with a washing machine is also provided for your convenience.



The split-level lounge and dining area is elegantly furnished with plush sofas and a TV with a satellite system, offering an extensive range of English-speaking channels. An adjoining terrace behind the eight-seat dining table offers an intimate setting for summer evening gatherings.



The sleeping accommodations comprise four bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: Double and single bed

- Bedroom 2: Double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace
