  • New to holiday rentals this 1 bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour and only a 15 minute walk to the new town area of puerto del carmen with it abundance of bars and returants.

    The contemporary lounge includes comfy sofa and flat screen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, SKY Sports, Movies, free WiFi.

    The sunny balcony enjoys pool view and is equipped with modern dining furniture for alfresco dining with parasol to keep you cool on those hot days . The fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine, hob, fridge and microwave. The stunning refurbished bathroom has a walk in power shower, sink,Toilet etc, towels are provided. The bedroom has twin beds and built in modern wardrobes- all have quality mattresses and bedding.
