"This hotel was designed, sounds daft, but design was everywhere, stark, monumental, impressive, I liked it. But it lacked a few human touches. Some hotels encourage local arts into their space, this one didn't, I like to bring home the hotel note pad and pen as a reminder but the rooms were spartan and impersonal, although our accommodation was of excellent size. We rarely got a pool sunlounger as they pool area was too small for the size of the hotel, which was half empty when we were...

"Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning."
