Great resort. Beautifully maintained. Awesome swimming pool.
Food was superb in both Indian/Thai and Italian restaurants.
For cons, will mention nonsense amount of electrical switches in the room that turn on/off random lights. Annoying. Also, for a 5* establishment they should be a bit more accommodating when it comes to requests of late check out.
Instead, it feels like “we milked everything we could from you, so get the hell out now”

No complaints it was great 👍
Great service, 24hr check in, friendly helpful staff that spoke English. Room was really clean and well decorated with air con and a comfortable bed. Easy parking available and a great location close to the pier.

We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed ...
