"We spent 3 nights here on a tour of Vietnam in July 2025. This is not a big hotel and some minor work was still going on whencwe arrived. We had a Junior Suites for 2 adults and 2 late teenage children, which were absolutely fine. Everything was modern and clean as it had just been through a refurb. We tried the spa for a massage on the last day as it had just opened, which was great. We used the rooftop bar on 3 occasions, great service and excellent views across the.city over to the River Saigon. The location of this hotel is superb, immediately opposite Ben Thanh market with so many souvenirs, shirts, etc. Many of the major sites (Imdependence Palace, War Remnants museum,etc) are walkable. The breakfst was very good and the staff could not do enough to help. It was a good hotel but all the staff from the doormen, reception staff, breakfast team, bar staff,.everyone! They made this an excellent stay."

"I had a wonderful time. Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms with lots of amenities (fruit, drinks). Definitely staying again. I was too busy to use the gym, as it closes at 8 pm. Perhaps leaving it open a bit later would be nice. (24 hour would be great), please consider it. Also the handle of the shower falls off, not a big problem as you can still use it, but please fix it."
