"Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent."

"Overall the stay was good. Ambience was excellent. Location is very close to the airport. Things which could have improved is the lighting in the room and bathroom fittings. Lighting in the room was poor and was a dim light. Bathroom taps and toilet flush have become old. It is functional though. Morning breakfast buffet was average, as I didn’t get much options even though I had informed them of my dietary requirements. It was a disappointment. Overall I will rate 3.5 / 5. Will recommend...

"Excellent management & staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room we had was spacious & clean. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel. The shower was amazing, just what you needed after being in the heat of Kochin. All staff are polite, helpful and will go the extra mile. The General Manager was exceptional, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately, again an above and beyond attitude displayed. We will return to this hotel and recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thank you for an amazing stay and hospitality."
