"Property is in a great location! Just needs some tender loving care! I recommend a meeting room where people can gather. So they won’t do it in your Parking lot where it may cause fear to others. And I recommend a deposit with each stay for any damages made to your rooms. I also recommend a good cleaning crew to clean the outside. I had a clean room and I slept very comfortable!
