Lovely big room, comfortable bed, friendly welcoming staff! Only downside the room was overlooking the market square which made it noisy after pubs closed! Overall pleasant stopover! Will hopefully spend more time exploring Richmond next visit!

Very nice hotel, location was good and parking a bonus. Menu was good and food excellent. Staff always friendly and ready to chat and help. Would stay again
