"If you are looking for somewhere central this apartment is in the very centre of town and the Saturday market. It is not for those less able as there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. When you are at the front door the neighbours dog barks. We appreciate there is nothing that can be done about this. Great Malvern Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Superb service, staying there for work, had to leave before breakfast started at 7.30, hotel offered to serve us earlier which other hotels I’ve stayed in have never offered. Superb service, staff could not do enough for you, will definitely stay here again."

The Malvern - (Adults Only)

8/10 Good

"Lovely spa, but housekeeping needs improvement Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel has a lot going for it and we had a relaxing time. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a hotel and spa of this level, and the rooms themselves are starting to look quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. It is a shame because with better attention to housekeeping and some investment in the bedrooms, this could be an excellent place to stay. We still enjoyed our visit, but the cleanliness really needs addressing."

Stanbrook Abbey

10/10 Excellent

"Different room this time #209 so little smaller but nicer outlook over the to the hills. Lovely to walk around the cloisters again and this time get to top of tower with clear blue skies. Was with partner this time and she loved everything, the staff, George’s bar the Refectory restaurant and wants to come again!"
