I'm sure the Hotel once was in perfect condition but it is a bit run down now. Neither the cuttlery nor the dishes were clean, some of the cuttlery was even bent and not comfortable to use. The sponge and dish towel were missing although the staff immediately handed us those upon asking. The whole room smelled heavily of fish/old fat, not even opening the windows for a few minutes helped. The staff was really friendly but I do think the hotel needs a do-over and the rooms should definitely be properly cleaned before the next guests arrive.

Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past

they provided me with a wrong code for the mail box so I couldnt get my key! They were close (Sunday 8.05pm). So I had to be accommodated somewhere else for my first night. The area doesn't feel safe at all.

Correct pour le prix sans plus

Convenable pour le prix. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, mais c'est indiqué sur le site. Donc en cas de forte chaleur, attention car le ventilateur peut ne pas suffire si vous êtes sensible à la chaleur. Personnel très sympathique cependant et le pdj est par contre très correct pour le prix. Ça va si vous passez 1-2 nuits à Thonon et que vous ne cherchez pas le grand confort. Les chambres sont cependant spacieuse et les équipements de la cuisine fonctionnaient bien'

À fuir. L'hôtel est sur des rails de train. A chaque passage, une cloche sonne. Sans oublier les bruits indésirables de la route, notamment les motards. Il n'y a pas de climatisation non plus, donc obligation d'ouvrir la fenêtre en été...

trop de bruit

Si vous appréciez la tranquillité, cette hôtel n’est pas pour vous. Les fenêtres donnent sur le trafic et la ligne de train. Le manque de ventilation dans la chambre ne permet pas de garder la fenêtre fermé pour éviter le bruit.
