Great location and service, price/quality relation very good for New York, especially if you need a place with a kitchenette for your stay. Minor grip: a can opener would have been useful.

Unbelievably excellent customer service For my mis-managed long weekend, Mother’s day debacle of a trip, my own fault. Somehow, I changed dates and confused myself with the itinerary. I was so emotional and mad at myself, However, service staff from the emphatic man who helped us with our luggage, the two people at the check in desk, along with the manager who was also so kind. Truly, words cannot describe how most grateful my Mom and I were for all of their help. I really want this review to be forwarded to the staff at the Margaritaville Hotel and Resort in Times Square NYC, who, on Thursday, May 7th, around 12-1PM, know that we will never forget all that they did for us. I am humbled. I am sorry I forgot their names. Please give them a raise at least, they so very much deserve more.
