"It certainly has one of the best views in Annecy. I enjoyed sitting in front of the window with my cup of tea. The check in process was a bit bumpy. Vrbo correspondence had me thinking I would get an email with the check in information. But they sent me the check in information on Whatsapp. I did not expect that and so didn't see it. So, watch your Whatsapp for updates on your booking. That said, once I connected with the host on Whatsapp they were very responsive."

"I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Annecy is a wonderful town. The flat is quiet, comfortable and an easy walk to the Old Town- with parking, which is essential in Annecy."

"This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."
