Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The Hotel Football does not exist. Now the name is Hotel Food Ball and owner also changed. They neither received any booking nor payment which I made. Condition of room, staff service, reception, etc were terrible. Expedia should take necessary action asap. Otherwise, traveller will suffer.
