Located on the Thiers plateaus, (Borbes tourist circuit) in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, the former domain of Faux Martel recently redeveloped into 2 adjoining lodgings: the Tower and the Guinguette. This lodging is a meeting of these two accommodations. Quiet and peaceful and only 4 km from the city center, the rural and natural environment is preserved with an unobstructed view of the Chaîne des Puys (classified UNESCO). The area is classified as a refuge by the LPO for the protection and observation of birds. La Guinguette: House on the 1st floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 pull-out beds that can be joined or separated, shower room / wc. Gîte La Tour: On the ground floor: living room with wood stove, kitchen / dining room with fireplace and access to the south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 (or 2 beds 80), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90, bathroom / wc. Adjoining unfenced land of 3000m². Sheets included, beds not made. Wood provided free of charge, electric heating according to consumption (maximum 100 € / week). Non-smoking gîte. Ideal location for exploring Auvergne, hiking trails, mountain biking circuits, equestrian tourism ... Swimming at the Iloa leisure center and St Rémy lake 15 min away.
