"Filthy carpet, filthy rooms, filthy bathrooms, broken tv screen that front desk was aware of and didn't care to tell me, hot tub was ice cold. I would find somewhere else. The pictures are deceiving. "

"Just double check and call the property before you go. This was our second time staying. The first time was excellent, this time not so much. I booked a cabin back in January for this March trip. I got the email welcoming me and gave me to door code to get in. We went in and it def. looked like someone was still staying there. I went to the office and the lady told me that "I just found out you were scheduled to stay like an hour ago, and everything is booked due to a fencing company ". I asked her what that meant and she said she only had 2 rooms available and they weren't a cabin. The first room she let me check out was hot as hell but the second one was decent. I wasnt upset but def. disappointed. I believe the cabins are more expensive and I didnt get was I paid for. "

"We love the location no matter the season or weather! Location is fantastic and easy area to find! All family and friends we have shared this with have loved it as much as we do! Bonus, our pets are welcome and they love it as well! The ever changing scenery and fish is amazing! Cleans and very and equipped inside and out!"

"If you book with this property, your credit card will be hacked. Then you will spend all of your time getting your credit card lockdown and having to get a new one. Every single day since I’ve booked this hotel I’ve received 2 to 3 different international charges against my credit card. "
