"The staff was great. The bed was comfortable. We were impressed that the pillows were comfortable as well, not flat and useless like many hotel pillows. The best part though, was the amazing hot tub."

"NO, the got tub was NOT warm enough, not was the pool!! Our room was filthy, even after finding a large can of Butane laying at the door of one of the beds, in our first room!!! The second room was even worse! Floors were clearly not vacuumed, and all the surfaces were full of dust. The manager was very kind and she took it to her boss, but he didn't seem concerned at all, that our rooms were in such a state!"

"Just double check and call the property before you go. This was our second time staying. The first time was excellent, this time not so much. I booked a cabin back in January for this March trip. I got the email welcoming me and gave me to door code to get in. We went in and it def. looked like someone was still staying there. I went to the office and the lady told me that "I just found out you were scheduled to stay like an hour ago, and everything is booked due to a fencing company ". I asked her what that meant and she said she only had 2 rooms available and they weren't a cabin. The first room she let me check out was hot as hell but the second one was decent. I wasnt upset but def. disappointed. I believe the cabins are more expensive and I didnt get was I paid for. "
