Firstly the staff are excellent but the hotel is in desperate need of some renovation to the villas This is my fourth time staying at this hotel in one of their villas unfortunately this villa was not in great condition the villa had half finished repairs to the paint on the walls broken window in the bathroom old leak stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom door handles fitted to the wrong door so you can’t open the door if shut it from the outside on the decking area the tv picture isn’t clear and it must not be a smart tv as you don’t have access to Netflix like the other villas have the bedroom needs curtains for the joining doors to the sitting area for better privacy although the pool is cleared of any debris every morning the pool itself has algae on the steps and on most of the floor area furniture it would be great if the hotel had bicycles that you could use or rent for your stays otherwise you reliant upon getting taxis everywhere

We had such a great experience at this lovely new hotel in Bangtao! The location is super convenient, just minutes from Boat Avenue and Bangtao Beach. They even offer a free shuttle every hour to both spots, which made getting around really easy. The hotel itself feels very fresh and modern. Our room was surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and everything looked brand new. You can tell they put effort into the design and comfort. The staff were all genuinely friendly, warm, and more than happy to help with anything we needed. Even though we only stayed a short time, it was enough to know we’d love to come back again. Looking forward to our next visit already!
