It features an attractive 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 3,000 m² garden. The accommodation comprises
First floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, fireplace (wood not provided), dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen including fridge, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed
- En-suite bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), 1 single bed and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), 1 single bed and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 5: with 1 double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 10m×5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to mid-October. It is fenced and covered for safety
- A 4-person Jacuzzi available from May to mid-October
- A beautiful 3,000 m² private garden partially surrounding the house, enclosed by a natural hedge
- A 36 m² north-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather

The house is ideally located in Thénac, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Goy la Grande approx. 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Bergerac approx. 15 km away

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use
- Arrival and departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
- All children bathing are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
