  • Charming 45 m² cottage, perfect for 2 to 6 guests, located in the heart of Poitou-Charente. Decorated in cozy blue-grey tones and fully equipped, you’ll enjoy a private terrace with a small, tree-lined garden.



    This holiday home is part of a 7,000 m² estate featuring a heated pool (open April to October), a lush park, and many play areas.



    Set off on foot or by bike along country trails. Relaxation spaces, playground, and farm animals await you. Enjoy a change of scenery with nearby leisure centers offering canoeing, paddleboarding, pedal boats, or swimming in the Charente.



    Explore exceptional sites: Neolithic and prehistoric landmarks, the Vallée des Singes, Cognac, Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope. The sea is within reach for day trips: La Rochelle, La Tremblade, Île de Ré, Île d’Aix, Île d’Oléron, the wild coast, and La Palmyre Zoo. A welcome booklet will be available to guide you.
