"Meriel is simply one of the loveliest hosts you could ever meet. She is extremely helpful and kind. Always answers very promptly - even when she is at work! Nothing is too much trouble. I was feeling less than100% - flu-ish symptoms - and she very kindly offered to drop off some Lemsip.The house is spotless, warm, comfortable and contains everything one needs. The decking is a wonderful bonus if, like me you enjoy watching birds and squirrels visiting from the woods at the bottom of the garden. It's South facing so one can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. "

"A great week (and excellent weather!) in this supremely well equipped, very comfortable bungalow. The location is brilliant and we were able to leave the car on the drive for most of the week, walking down to the shops, cafes and restaurants and, via the lane running behind the row of bungalows, getting access to lovely local walks Marine Walk and Lower Harbour Walk, as well as via the ferryport's footbridge and up steps through the woods, well maintained with a good handrail, to link with the coast path proper. Notes and recommendations from the owners on places to eat, drink, and buy lovely sourdough bread and croissants, etc.. were up to date and came up trumps."

"Monthly Tutors Cottage is adorable inside and out. Roger and Margaret have sympathetically restored the Cottage, it is so full of character. The Cottage is very warm and cosy, with an efficient log burner. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are gorgeous with comfortable beds.The location is great, easy access to coastal paths. A short walk from the cottage to Lower and upper town of Fishguard.It feels like the Cottage wraps it's arms around you giving you a cosy hug. We loved it there and look forward to returning. Many thanks to Roger and Margaret For a wonderful 2 weeks (wish it was a longer stay)"

"Lovely position in a cul de sac overlooking the bay and Ferry port.Short walk to the Co-op and the town centre. Clive Rd does have a short steep section just before the cul de sac.Very spacious inside with a good sized living room, kitchen/diner, and a conservatory."
