"From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was greeted with smiles. Beautiful well maintained property. The hotel staff at check in were so friendly and welcoming. Concierge extremely helpful and welcoming. Gave me great ideas on what to experience in the area and outskirts. Hotel was clean and had lots to offer. Neighborhood was safe with a fairly large shopping mall next door. Swimming pool was beautiful and clean with food and drink available and towels along with great staff and many lounging chairs. Rooftop lounge was incredible with super friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed a few beverages overlooking the city on the 24th floor . Relaxation massage available on site with multiple restaurants. I hired a driver to take me out during the day and night if needed otherwise used local ride known as bolt. Safe and honest . Laundry available. Bed was comfortable great view. Shower great pressure, room cleaning staff friendly and welcoming. I would 100 percent return to this hotel when I visit again. Thank you for making my experience as fantastic as it was. Will remember forever."

"Great hotel, however we didn’t realise we would be across the road in a secondary building (this is because we had booked a larger suite). This wasn’t a problem as such but breakfast and the swimming pool are located in the main hotel building. Staff and amenities were great, especially the roof top pool. The hotel location is in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok so there is noise but this is managable. Handy metro station about 200m away which is great for getting around the city. Had a great time and would use again if travelling to Bangkok in the future."

"Loved my stay here! 7-11 is right behind the hotel, there's a little walkway you can take so you don't have to walk through the parking lot (great if it's raining). The staff was super nice and helpful if i needed anything. I will Definitely keep this hotel on my list of favorite places."

"It was beautiful hotel in a calm neighborhood. Got KFC and foodmart open 24h if you feel like walking at night. Walking distance. The view of the rooftop pool is amazing especially at night. Go talk to Jonas the concierge. He's friendly and knows what is good to all your needs. Trust. I enjoyed the hotel and would come again"

"The hotel looks very nice, situated just next to the train station. There is a 7/11 just in front of the hotel. Worth more than what I paid off. Staffs are so friendly. The room and dining area were so nice and comfortable. I will definitely stay in here again as well as trying other branches managed by UHG"
