- Welcome to ‘The Villages’. Inside, guests find three cozy bedrooms featuring an adjustable king, adjustable queen, and 1 twin bed. The Villages Resident Amenity Transfer Program allows homeowners to temporarily transfer their resident amenity privileges to short-term renters or long-term guests. The Cost: A non-refundable $50 processing fee is required per request form and is paid to ‘The Villages’ directly. This fee covers up to two Temporary Lifestyle Resident IDs.
