- Mailbox keys are not provided. If you wish to have mail forwarded to you, you must acquire a PO Box (UPS Store is nearby).
- Village ID’s are not necessary to rent a property, but they are necessary to golf and participate in clubs, activities and amenities provided, you will need an ID card. It will cost $50 (for up to 2 renters on the contract). We will confirm you wish to purchase the 2 ID’s and have them ready for your pick-up upon your arrival.
- There is no golf cart available with this rental.
- Included are dishes, pots, pans, utensils, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, hand held mixer, travel mugs, dish towels, bathroom towels, pool towels, bedding, hair dryers, folding travel chairs (great to take to the square to enjoy the evening entertainment), travel cooler, 2 bicycles with helmets.
