Comfort in The Villages with Golf Cart

You can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Picture spending the day at Lake Sumter Landing without even leaving home! A beautiful wall mural of Lake Sumter adorns the entire wall of the living room. This house sleeps 6 plus 1 on the sofa bed. You will be have the essentials you need for your visit to The Villages including a Golf Cart. Whether indoors or sitting out on the lanai, this place provides you great escape from the cold temperatures up north! Your home away from home is conveniently located close to two town squares. Only 8 minutes to Spanish Springs, and only 12 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing. Plus, only 6 minutes to HWY 441 where you will find grocery stores, restaurants and a multitude of shopping options. For nearby Golf, it's only 3 minutes to El Diablo and El Santiago executive courses, and 4 minutes from Glenview Country Club Championship Course. At El Santiago Recreation Center, you will find Tennis and Pickleball courts, as well as a pool and other activities. Plus you have Savannah Regional Recreation Center only 3 minutes away. Guests will have the entire house to enjoy, including a two-car garage and golf cart! My friends Debbie and Steve will be your hosts while in The Villages, and they will help you with any needs during your visit. Lifestyle ID's are available for the length of your stay. These ID's will allow you to use all the amenities that the villages has to offer such as Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, etc. The cost is $50 for your party. We do not allow smoking in the house. Use of drugs including marijuana inside or outside the house is strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am. If you have pets, and they go to the bathroom outside, you are required to clean up after them. There are security cameras in the front of the property, as well as in the garage to facilitate the remote garage door opener. There are NO cameras located inside the house.

We'll be back!

Great host! Enjoyed the comforts of home while away from home sweet home. Our grandson plays for a Basketball League & the away games are near the Villages this April, May/June. Next trip is already booked & looking forward to returning this month. Over-all great location, we can find all we need just minutes away..
