One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other guest room offers a full-size bed for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. This home also offers plenty of privacy in the rear with privacy landscaping outside the screened in lanai. The lanai offers a table & seats to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with friends before heading out to the town squares.

This home comes complete and includes a 4-seater golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also encouraged to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
