Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located only 4 miles from Spanish Springs Town Square, and 6 miles away from the Lake Sumter Town Square.

You will have a 2 seater gas golf cart so enjoy those drives to whichever square you choose! (See house rules for details on golf cart usage)

Home is equipped with satellite tv, an Amazon Alexa smart speaker and a covered, screened in porch.

Guest will have full access to the home and have the ability to receive LifestyleID Passes from the Villages for $50 to enjoy all the Villages has to offer including, but not limited to pools, golf access and much more.

Quiet Hours are Between 10pm - 7am No smoking in the home. If smoking takes place there is a $300 charge the guest agrees to pay.
Guests must sign a Liability waiver for carts. All guests must send a copy of drivers license when staying due to neighborhood restrictions.
No parties allowed. If a party takes place, guests will be asked to leave property immediately without a refund. This is enforced by law enforcement.
