"Bath tub old patches n swimming pool water dirty "

"I normally do not complain, but I felt it was important to share feedback regarding our recent stay, as there were several ongoing issues throughout the visit. At breakfast, we arrived around 8:00 AM and most of the food items were already gone. We had to ask staff if anything would be refilled, and unfortunately the selection was very limited. The internet service was also extremely poor. Since the TVs rely on the internet to function, streaming was nearly impossible. Movies and shows constantly buffered or cut out, and using Wi-Fi on a laptop was even more difficult. Additionally, the shower water pressure was very weak, making it take much longer than normal to rinse off. The refreshment/snack area was completely empty during our entire four-day stay and was never restocked. Lastly, the ice machines on the upper floors were not working, and there were no signs posted to direct guests to the only working machine on the first floor. While the lobby area matched the photos online, the overall hotel experience did not meet expectations."

"Bed was comfortable. Nice skyline view. Pool was closed but they offered you could go to Marriott. Parking was offsite."

"Breakfast was pretty good. Room was small with no closet. Stayed 4 nights and they did not come clean the room, and would not empty our trash or bring towels when we asked. They did give us some towels and a trash bag at the front desk. The mattress was worn and had indentations where others had slept. Sheets were clean, but elastic was worn and the sheets would not stay on the bed. Free shuttle to Bricktown was nice. "

"The hot tub and pool were very smelly and cloudy. The locks on our dooor were broken. We weren’t allowed to use the side door when leaving and disabled but had to walk around the whole building to get to my car. The breakfast was a sad disappointment. The check in lady and gentleman at the front desk were very sweet and nice. The check out lady Monday morning seemed stoic and a bit grouchy. The rooms are very thin walled and we got to hear a baby cry all night the first night. "
