"You get to the lobby and feel like you can't breathe, the smell of cigarrets and weed is too much. I got there very late, there was a guy asking to borrow hot spot and walking around, but the lady at the lobby was very nice and helpful. "

"We were given our room and upon entering it. The room was super hot, asked to see if the staff could see if it was working correctly. Staff identified the A/C was inoperable and seamlessly gave us a different room and assisted moving our 7 pieces of luggage."
