"The hotel is very charming and being on the lakeside, it is very upscale feeling but nicely removed from the busy feel of the town. Room was very clean and freshly renovated. Nice to be able to pull your car up to your door but still feel like a resort and not a motel.staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent communication from Naveen. The unit was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Rooms and bathrooms were huge and having an TV in each room was a perk. Ample parking. Unit was close to the main road and downtown Chelan so that was convenient. Resort management were helpful and efficient. "

"The rooms were great, the view was stupendous. The only downside was the person that had the balcony below us made it noxious to sit outside when they were outside smoking. We asked at the desk and they said that it was forbidden. It kept up for a couple more days. Possibly a recalcitrant nutcase - not sure. Anyway, overall, we had a very nice time. "
