"This is a fabulous place to stay! Very charming and cozy home. Close to bike trails and centrally located to visit both northern and Southern Cape Cod."

"We loved staying at this property! My sisters and I have been coming to Eastham for years as we have family home there but because it's under construction we rented this property for Oysterfest in Wellfleet. It is, first of all, beautifully decorated and so "cozy"! The kitchen is one of the most well stocked kitchens I've seen amongst the rentals I have done! The communication with Del Mar was prompt and they even send emails throughout your stay asking how everything is going! Although we usually love a "water view" when we rent, this was very close to the Bay side and easily walkable in the summer. Also very close to Wellfleet, PTown, and Orleans....the location was perfect for our needs! We loved this house so much we already booked it for next spring as this time we'd love to take advantage of the backyard and deck which looks fabulous! It's a very well taken property and totally caters to "renters"! Thank you!"

"We had a lovely time visiting and being close to so many things to do on the outer Cape. Overall it was clean, spiders may have moved in since last guests. Kitchen has a plenty of kitchen items/dishes for just about any meal you would make and china dish set for entertaining. The Braun coffee maker did not work and error code indicated that it needed to be cleaned and descaled. Fortunately, was able to use the old percolator pot after I found the cord. Pictures on website of the inside are outdated. Walls have been painted and couches replaced really making it seem bigger and more modern than we expected. The beds were not the most comfortable but there was quite the selection of various pillows to find the one that was just right for your comfort and added blankets in closet. The chairs shown for the outside fire pit are not there. We did find some small beach chairs in the shed by outdoor shower. On days it rained the selection of games in closet was a life saver for something to do. Yard is large and private."

"A great place to spend holiday (or vacation) with your family or friends. The host is very communicative. We came during a major nor’easter. The host made the space ready early so we did not need to drive around during big winds and heavy rain. We will definitely recommend this place and host."
