"This is a fantastic property. The location is perfect and New Ross has some interesting sites and great restaurants. This property was very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms excellent. The owner’s agent was welcoming and even had sconces and tea for us. Overall this property is a 10+. We’ll return and recommend to family and friends!!"

"Great location, very very beautiful. The pod was smaller than expected, but most of it was there. For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. For the rest, I would recommend people checking out this place as the area and the views are amazing!"

"The host provided basics upon our arrival, such as fresh eggs, bread, milk and fruit. She then shared fresh lettuce with us for our first dinner at the property. We did day trips and then relaxed at the property on the patio and had BBQ dinners. Lovely setting!"

"The cottage was excellent, small (which is what we wanted) but very well appointed - especially the kitchen. It was clean and comfortable and the owners were on hand and very obliging. The outside area was gated, very important to keep our dog from straying or becoming a nuisance to others. "Clean, comfortable and relaxing. We came down from Dublin and spent two very relaxing nights here. We swam in the Celtic Sea, and spent time in the pubs with the locals. Some musicians befriended us while walking and everyone was so friendly! The property manager met with us promptly on arrival and gave us a nice tour and overview. Enjoyed every minute!"

"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "The house is at the of a quiet cul de sac, next to lovely woods. It's a 5 minute stroll to the gorgeous beach, perfect for sea swimming. The house can get a bit cold but it's a good size and inside the property was very clean. One small suggestion....cleaning the living room windows would be a good idea, they were very spidery! "Staff is amazing. Common theme here in Ireland but these folks were great. Check in staff were helpful. Helping me negotiate the buses while parking was helpful. And breakfast buffet staff gave us great attention and to-go coffee cups without having to ask on morning two. We'd stay there again. Rooms were comfy and clean. Very walkable to this great town. "
