"Bare bones, uncomfortable, loud. I’d imagine most people book this hotel for the kitchenette convenience. No pans, utensils, paper towels, or even second roll of toilet paper in the room. You hear everything- your neighbors on both sides, the people above you and in the hallways from dusk to dawn. Poor ventilation and stuffy. Great location to Arches and Canyonlands. Friendly front desk staff at check in. “We are away from the desk” sign is up majority of the time without anyone present. Wish we booked at MainStays or Marriott for the price. Would not book again. "

"This hotel sits on an ideal location. There are many nearby restaurants, bars, coffee shops and galleries. The hotel is pretty basic, so if you want amenities and daily housekeeping, this is not for you. The room was updated and very clean. I’d stay here again."

"The location, breakfast and pool were all good. I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the housekeeping service. When I went into the room I spilled some water and wiped it up and the white towel turned black from the dirty floor. When i asked for the room to be mopped, i was told yes, but that the floors were always dirty. The second thing is that housekeeping did not make up the rooms when we went out. They only change the towels and collect the trash. The beds are not made. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't make the beds. "

"While the room itself was okay, the bathroom looked like it had been painted and caucked by a 2nd grader. Also, their security doors were often times not shutting so anyone could enter the hotel at any time of day or night. It did have a decent breakfast which is important to us. But to be honest, for the price I wish we would have picked a different location."

"This hotel is one of our favorites in the U.S. Easy to access at the south end of Moab with restaurants and gas stations nearby. Great facility that is well appointed and maintained. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Free hot breakfast is delicious. Pet friendly with no add-on pet fee. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. Always a welcoming and refreshing stay!"

"Very nice staff who checked me in… The room smelled good looked clean… The refrigerator did not work at all… And even after waiting 10 minutes the water was still cold so I had a cold shower… The property had a lot of trash, but the room itself was not dirty"
