They lied and said the hotel was fully booked even though there were rooms available online. I finally just paid for another night so my kids could swim in the pool for 2 hours before our flight. We were out by 2pm. HORRIBLE. I'm going to start building up my Hilton status after this."

"THERE IS NO HOT TUB!!! It should be removed from the description. The ONLY reason I rented at this hotel was because it says hot tub on site. There is no clarification, the review box literally asked me how the hot tub was… A frequently asked question is: is there a hot tub and the answer is yes there is a deep soak tub in each room. That is not true at all. There is a mini bathtub that you might want to think twice about…I literally didn’t feel comfortable walking on the floor barefoot and I hike barefoot…the staff was friendly, and said there is one jetted tub in a private room. Why is that not in the description or answered in the FAQ. It’s false advertisement… I was bamboozled. If I wasn’t going to get a hot tub I would have stayed somewhere else "
