"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was adorable and located in a quiet setting with a very short walk to the water. We brought our pups with us and they had a blast swimming in the water. I would definitely recommend you give it a try."

"To get to the property we traveled on a gravel, but well maintained road. About 40 geese greeted us - running from the backyard to the lake! What a fun sight to see. Later we saw deer in multiple places and sat on the pier by the lake. The large lawn was freshly trimmed/ mowed. Indoor and outdoor games were available. Fully furnished kitchen and bath.The only issue we had was that the AC/heat units were not functioning due to a mechanical issue requiring a service call. They said we could bring down the upstairs unit (which we didn't feel comfortable doing on our own) and also offered go and buy another one. The hot weather cooled down, so we were ok with it not functioning.We would defiantly recommend this spot if you are wanting peace and tranquility. A great place for a family gathering."

"It was so welcoming, the stay was super calming and comfortable with the nature surrounding us! The only thing we didn’t like was the bathtub on the listing said functional in the summer, but other than that it was the best vacation a couple could ask for!"

"We enjoyed our visit at Matson Lake Lodge! A group of 14 gals all had plenty of space to spread out, eat and play games together. We put the hot tub and fire pit to good use, and the property had plenty of space for yard games which we appreciated. The property is secluded and quiet, which was lovely. We would definitely be back!"
