"We had a great stay overall at the Lakefront Oasis. The house was excellent—very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the house was beautiful and definitely a highlight of our stay.However, the entire pool area in the backyard was quite dirty, which was disappointing since we were really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy that part of the property.Aside from that, everything else was good, and we did enjoy our stay. We would consider coming back, but we do hope the pool area is properly maintained next time, as it’s an important part of the experience for us."

"Never got a chance to stay, got cancelled 3 days before my trip stating there was an issue with water cooler. We got downgraded to a smaller house 1 level for 11 people and 2 bathrooms, seems like we were profiled. Tried to charge us the same price for the downgrade and was only willing to give us 150 for compensation, when the 2nd option was listed for 1,000 less. Stated we could only get 10% off because we asked for compensation for the last min inconvenience, or have complete refund, which would cause us to have to have luck with finding something else in less than 3 days. We ended up taking the refund with our fingers crossed that we could find something else, since all flights were already paid for. Never again will I request a stay with these individuals if I see them as the host."

"I thought the pool was going to be heated but it wasn't an we went almost 2 days out of 3 with no pool so when you stay make sure you call ahead so they can turn on the heat for the pool that was my only problem if you can call that a problem "

"Prior to booking I was told by the hosts this home was 10-15min away from the ballpark we were playing a tournament in. It was 37miles ( 1 hour) I didn’t receive the address until after booking. That was huge inconvenience.Overall the home was good but soap dispenser was empty and left over food residue on the table. The host were very responsive overall."
