"Not the best stay I’ve had here. No car parking available on site, not a great room, phone in room not working, room service breakfast did not turn up until called the hotel directly (as internal phone not working), charged twice as first booking cancelled with no refund. Think I’ll stay somewhere else in future "
"It’s a great shame that a lovely heritage hotel does not get the respect it deserves. My room was not satisfactorily cleaned as housekeeper left beds poorly made, carpet not vacumed and did not replace used glasses. Shower was mouldy and window sills and skirting boards dirty and dusty."
"Motel has definately gone down hill since I stayed there last. Shower had no pressure, room needs upgrade holes in wall. I paid for a deluxe room, hate to see what a standard room was like. Chair outside was covered in spider webs. Will not stay here again. Was always our go to motel when in Mildura."
