"This was our favorite stay while in Puerto Rico. The hosts were so helpful and kind. Any recommendations they gave did not disappoint. Not to mention their delicious home made breakfast served every morning. We were affected by the water shortage but the hosts made sure we always had gallons of water provided to help reduce any inconvenience. We cannot recommend them enough!!!"

"The owner very communicative. The cleaning staff very welcoming an the place cleaning and neat. The owner provided us with guidance for the activities that we planned. Very quiet stay to relax and enjoy family and friends time. I will definitely come back on my next stay. Although if you are foreign I don't recommend to drive to the property during night time. It was a little to dangerous to drive during daytime because it's located in a mountain, risky ups and downs, I thought I was on a Rollercoaster, so I didn't try to drive at night and always got to the property before sundown. Overall, it was perfect! I couldn't ask for more."

"Our stay in this beautiful house was wonderful and memorable! We were a group of 12 adults and a 5 year old child. If you enjoy preparing and eating meals together, this is the house for you! The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The capacious dining table was ideal for sharing our family meals and game nights. The pool and surrounding area were pristine and the views breathtaking from all angles. Our host, Jeff was friendly and incredibly responsive to all our needs. Communication was quick and easy from start to finish. He made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The photos and description of this lovely property are NOT exaggerated. We highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home! She was an excellent host. Friendly, helpful, and clear in her communication from beginning to end. She made the entire process easy and gladly provided recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, and places to visit.The home was clean, comfortable, cool, and had everything our group of seven needed for a week long stay. A few minor areas could use some TLC, but nothing took away from our overall experience.The private pool and location on the eastern side of Puerto Rico were the biggest highlights. The weather was extremely hot, so the pool was the perfect place to cool off without bringing sand back into the house. The kids especially loved it.The location was very convenient. Walmart was about 10 minutes away, with other supermarkets even closer. Luquillo Beach was about 20 minutes away, the airport 30 minutes, Old San Juan 40 minutes, and El Yunque National Forest only 10 minutes away. Route 187 was also a beautiful scenic drive with plenty of local food spots to try and leads all the way to San Juan and back.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again!"

"Property was absolutely beautiful and the kids (8, 8, 11, 12 years) loved climbing on the rocks and exploring the beautiful trees! We were surprised that we were only on the bottom floor, with that said, we would absolutely come back and the kids have said this was the best house they've stayed at on vacation. The pool was right outside and was used often!! The views are amazing and you would not regret staying here!"

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."

"Thr place was well kept nicely laminated which was very important for us arriving from our tours. Only the entry bridge is scary if you are not a good driver. They need a stronger water pump, water pressure in the house was very low when 2 showers are going hot water was plenty. Just low water pressure. Other than that location was great to enter El Yunke rain forest and 4 great river locations. Awesome time we will rent again"
