La Quinta Inn by Wyndham West Long Branch/NJ Shore Area

"La Quinta is in West Long Branch and conveniently located on NJ-36, a kind of semi-circle that loops around to many of the places tourists would want to visit in the Jersey Shore area. One can spend entire days moving along NJ-36 and not get lost going to or from the hotel. Long Branch and its beach are within several miles of the hotel, and beach towns going north on the shore (Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, etc.) are just slightly farther up NJ-36. The hotel is pleasing in appearance, relatively long from left to right but not high or otherwise especially large. It has free self-parking with spaces right outside guests' rooms. It also offers a free hot breakfast. Desk staff are responsive and available 24/7. La Quinta is notably more affordable than hotels located along the beachfront. This likely reflects the fact that, in general, it is not fancy and does not trade much on amenities. The area is not known for entertainment spots; the hotel is just up the road from the Monmouth Park race track, but it has apparently cut back on its former race schedule."

"We felt right at home from the moment we arrived! The property was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host was wonderful and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!"

"The house is beautiful and well kept. The location is perfect. It is 1 short block from all of the action. If you are a cook, this is not a cooks kitchen. Could use more kitchen food storage containers, more pots and pans, baking trays etc. Bring your own. The upstairs master bedroom is beautiful. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs/facemask because the street is a main road and it can be noisy and the room is not dark because of the street lights. The location is perfect. It is right across the street from all the action and I would not hesitate to stay here. We loved it."

"We didn’t realize that the first level with 2 bedrooms was on floor 2 and we also had 2 bedrooms on floor 3. We are an older group and we could have done better with less stairs but we made it. The facilities were wonderful. Lovely kitchen and area."

"Patty's place was excellent for a week at the beach with my family. It was 5 or so minutes from my daughters' surf camp and convenient to the Long Branch train station. It was a very nice space, clean, comfortable and well air conditioned. Patty was able to accommodate both an early check-in and a late check-out which we very much appreciated. I would recommend Patty's place if staying in Long Branch."

"We had a wonderful weekend experience. The house was clean and well appointed for six people in our party. The shady covered front porch added to the relaxation. The location was amazing: a quick walk to the fun restaurants and shops at Pier Place and the Board Walk and Beach.The hosts were warm, accessible and very accommodating. We would happily stay there again if our travels take us to Long Branch, New Jersey again. I would highly recommend this 5 Star property!!"
